Pest has some of the nicest employees I've ever interacted with. The dispatcher, or whoever answers the phone when you call to set up an appointment, was very attentive and stayed on the line for quite a while to get a full idea of the problem I was asking. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable about the pests I was having problems with, in this case mice, and never tried to up-sell me on anything, even instructing me how to do everything myself if I didn't want to go with their services. They sealed all of the entry points, placed bait and traps, and were all in all the most pleasant and professional company of the three I contacted for my issue. My first consult was incredibly easy, thorough, and professional. He went so above and beyond my expectations that I called the customer service line just to let them know how awesome the service was. I signed up for monthly maintenance after that and have had wonderful results for the last 6 months with zero complaints. I am very, very happy with an Pest services and their staff. I have been using Pest for over 4 years. I live in a large  and every Spring I get knocks on the door from other pest control services trying to convince me to switch. No. Completely happy with the service I receive. Office staff is helpful, technicians are consistently courteous & professional. What a great team!  It's never easy stating one has a unwanted guest problems but with a amazing team from Verminator Cape Town it was a blessing. What impeccable service they delivered. Externally professional, well mannered literally service with a smile and informative. Hats off to the gentlemen who did the installation by my premises. Very professional. Visited our house after fixing an appointment. Thoroughly checked the place and said there is no need for Termite treatment. Very sincere. Could have done it if he was money minded but was very honest with his views. Educated my tenants when it is necessary for doing Termite control. I am living in Chennai. Found the number on Internet.
